TracRac, Inc. was established in 1995 in order to bring to market a truck rack system that company founder Tom Derecktor had made for his own light duty pick up truck after finding himself constantly accommodating his cargo to utilize his truck rack, rather than the other way around. His initial premise and the one that still drives the company today is to design and build a Cargo Management System that meets the constantly changing needs of today’s truck owner.

TracRac is based in Fall River, MA which is in the southeastern coastal region of the state. The design, engineering, manufacturing and sales teams are all housed in a renovated mill space and the company provides jobs to 50+ people.
